Join us for this beginner class that connects the mind and body to a place of awareness as we transition from our busy day into a mindful state of rest to allow for a deep, peaceful sleep. This class is ideal for those in need of calming their busy minds in preparation for sleep, and for those wishing to reduce stress and anxiety.
Individual Yoga Class – (50 min in Salt Cave) – (TEMPORARILY NOT OFFERED)
Kids Session (age 10-17 y.o) 60 min in Salt Cave: INHALATION+YOGA+MEDITATION – $45 — (TEMPORARILY NOT OFFERED) Children will learn to concentrate, relax from stress, meditate to get positive vibes and creativity. This is a guided meditation to help kids calm the sense of being overwhelmed and find peace from within. They will be guided through a relaxation to help them get curious about what they are feeling and will learn nurture themselves with unconditional love and compassion. Yoga is an ancient practice that brings together mind and body. It incorporates breathing exercises. Kids will get to warm up, practice breathing, elasticity and stretchiness.
The Salt Cave is pictured above. It is our most popular & largest room with water cascades to create a higher concentration of negative ions and encourage their absorption, benefiting our bodies by strengthening our immune system, helping to balance our body’s pH levels, and more! All couples sessions are done in the Salt Cave. You may choose to book an individual session in the Cave as well (Massages, Reiki, Reflexology, Group Workshops, and more!). **Couples sessions just means two people and can include partners, family members, and friends!
